Cancellation Procedure:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation during peak demand period / Festival Season / Long Weekends

Cancellation Charges:

Various charges are implementable depending upon the nature of services to be canceled.

  • 70 Days & prior to arrival - communication charges of INR 2000.00 per person / As per actual
  • 60 Days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 50 Days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 40% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 60% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request to our support team

Cancellation of Luxury Train Journeys:

  • If cancellation is 75 days or more prior to departure : 10% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.
  • If cancellation is 74 to 25 days prior to departure : 25% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.
  • If cancellation is less than 25 days prior to departure : No refund. 100% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.

Cancellation of Flight Tickets :

  • Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris:

Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final cost will therefore be subject to fluctuations, if any, and will be adjusted accordingly at the time of receipt of payment.

Refund:

Refund against the cancellation will be credited directly in your account. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made on the same credit card only.

Refund process can take duration of 2-8 weeks due to banking procedures

Liabilities & Limitations:

  • The Users availing services from AHE shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
  • The User agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that AHE acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers.
  • Further, AHE shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.
  • The user agrees that there can be "Force Majeure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labor unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers etc being not able to honor confirmed bookings.
  • We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage in respect of your baggage etc. or their contents whether due to theft, accident, negligence or otherwise, AHE shall not be responsible for any cancellation or curtailment of your tour compelled by any such loss of baggage etc.
  • AHE shall pay no compensation or refund to you some coverage in respect of baggage loss or damage may be provided by insurance (please note in the Insurance section).
  • It is advisable that you do not carry valuables on the tour. However, if you carry any valuables, we recommend that you use all available facilities to keep them secure during your tour. In this regard, some hotels provide Safe Deposit Lockers (which may be charged separately).
  • Tipping is customary (unless otherwise stated on the website) in all parts of the world for services rendered (e.g. porters, coach drivers, tour leaders, guides etc). We recommend a tip of USD 5 per person per day.
  • In case of airlines, we recommend that you declare your valuables to the airline at the time of check in and pay an additional charge, as may be stipulated by the airline, to make the airline responsible for valuables. Without such declaration, airlines can invoke limitation of liability protections provided in international conventions
  • Visa if required, is sole discretion of the embassy. We do not take any guarantee on grant or refusal of visa. In any of the cases, cancellation charges will occur as per company rules.
  • Airlines have restrictions on the kind of baggage, number and weight of baggage that you can carry and you are requested to please refer, carefully read and understand the baggage rules and regulations of the individual airlines, as the same gets updated from time to time.
  • We are not liable, in any manner, if the guests are unable to carry any baggage or if they have to pay any extra-charges due to restrictions imposed by the airline. Guest shall be liable to pay all such charges directly to the airline.
  • Also, we are not liable for any loss or damage to baggage while it is in the custody of the airline.
  • In such an event AHE shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user.
  • In the case of group tours, there would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever.
  • There will be no refund if you fail to or are unable to utilize any of the services on the tour like airline travel, hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever such as late reporting, ill health etc.

Jurisdiction Clause:

All the disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement would be subject to Delhi Courts only.
